Again, it is so far. On the last Saturday, 58 trainees from 16 Russian agricultural colleges and universities have arrived in Baden-Württemberg. They are about to graduate in an 8-month internship program at different family farms, which is organized by AKI.

The program started with a two-day introductory course in Böblingen. During this course, they were prepared for their life in Germany as well as together living and working with their host families. In addition, they were instructed by the agricultural employers' liability insurance association about accident prevention and safety at work.

On the 30th March, the trainees were welcomed and greeted by the AKI managing board and guest families with coffee and cake at the Denkenforfer Festival Hall. Subsequently, they were handed over to their host family.

In the course of the internship, the trainees will be supervised and assisted by our managing director Monika Erath, project manager Veronika Pranko und project assistant Irina Fomin as well as the whole AKI-Team. For further vocational training, specialized excursions and trainee meeting lasting several days will be organized.
