AKI Managing Director Dr. Monika Erath at World Food India 2017
AKI Managing Director Dr. Monika Erath attended World Food India 2017 in New Delhi on behalf of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Housing Baden-Wuerttemberg. The event was a kick-off by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries of India (MOFPI) striving toward evolving India to a leading partner in the global agricultural sector and food industry within the next years.
The German Federal Government was represented by Peter Bleser, Member of the Federal Parliament, State Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (centre), who was leading a workshop organised by the East Asia Association (OA). Germany was a partner country at the event which was directed to the food processing industry which is a sign of confidence in the innovative capacity and know-how of the German Agricultural and Food Industry sector according to Bleser.
